I try an get an inventory of stories that are active (i try not to panic at some of them lol) and i go from there to alter them in a logical way.
I think of it as two of me:
- One is the real me
- The other is the version of me that says "Ok this can happen"
They key is to convince the second you so that... you can activate the manifestation for yourself.

If you use commands. The second you will just say "no" every time.
If you try and force it by repeating it over and over. You'll just remember it really well, but it still won't really work.

Unless you have a degree in physics/ theoretical physics and etc then you really have no room to call this psudoscience cause you dont know what us real scientist have discovered and or working on. This information is very real, he explains in a language easier to understand to the masses but the facts is true. It’s like explaining the law of thermodynamics to a 3 year old. Its not wise to dive straight into micro nutrients and calories and etc when they have no understanding of that. So instead we say “ watch how much you eat “ check the calories in such food and etc. Someone saying “ calories in vs calories out determines your weight flucutation is not psudoscience but a simplified version of the law of thermodynamics. Same with his information, its a simplified version of quantum physics and psychology which becomes one when you’re studying the human brain. He even mentioned it a bit at the beginning. Please learn to digest information correctly and stop hating
