As a ARR fan... when I listened this for the very first time I was thinking why the hell ARR chose this song to sing... But now addicted to it... It's the ARR way... He clearly knows the pulse of his fans and this song is awesome for his voice tone.. Guitar parts are really awesome... BIG thanks to Keba Jeremiah for this wonderful master piece..
I just can't stop repeating this! This song was underrated when it got released, now it's getting its momentum and soon will become an anthem :)

Very well made music video... there is surely that awkwardness of seeing a very shy and reticent Rahman in front of the camera. He is not made to be in front of the camera and it shows! But full marks to him for trying to project a new image of himself... my only worry is, he should not be artificially projecting his spiritual image. there was one bit where rahman looks up when singing "Ali Ali Ali...". It felt as if it was kept to make people remember that Rahman is a spiritual guy.

I had watched SOTY in parts and was not impressed by her acting. When my friend was dragging me to the theater to watch Highway I was very reluctant and the only reason I went was to listen to this song. But I was completely blown away by Alia's performance. I learnt not to be judgmental.
