Obama Spends First Full Day in DC as President-elect

U.S. President-elect Barack Obama arrived in Washington DC on Sunday. His first task on Monday was visiting Congressional leaders to talk about the financial crisis which he has called "an extraordinary economic challenge." But as a dad, his first task was getting his family settled. VOA's Carolyn Presutti shows us Mr. Obama's first day in Washington as a future president.

Damn I remember I was in high school. People were waiting around the world for this historic president to take charge after bush. We had great sense of goodness after years of grief for 9/11 that something different will take place. It was a great time.
