The lyrics suit them well. They're both ambitious in their goals (Eren wants to destroy the world except the Paradis while Lelouch want's to end all wars and usher an age of peace). Both are willing to sacrifice those close to them in order to achieve that goal, betrayed their closest friends who ended up killing them in the end (Mikasa and Suzaku).
The only difference being, you know, Mikasa was an ACTUAL friend to Eren. Suzaku's quality as a friend is comparable to *Griffith.*

The difference is that people want to bash Sasuke way beyond what's rational. Fanfic writers write the guy like he's fucking Joffrey Baratheon. Yes, he's an asshole. He also watched his entire family get butchered and got mind raped TWICE by his older brother.
There's no moment in Code Geass where anyone sane watching it doesn't want to punch Suzaku in his stupid face. No one I know who watched the anime likes the dude. And, like I said, 80% of what goes wrong for Lelouch can be traced back to him (10% his family, 10% himself, and even some of those 20% can be linked to Suzaku on some level). 100% of what goes wrong for Suzaku is his own goddamn fault, and he ruins everyone around him in a self-righteous crusade of denial, refusal to kill himself and forcing his opinion upon everyone. And he gets away with it while still thinking he was in the right.
It's not a "vendetta" when the character is fundamentally unlikable. If you can't stand the idea that despicable characters have people who hate them for such, sorry but I can't help you. Ciao.

Eren gave up tho and became a slave to the future. Lelouch never gave up he calculated the future and ensured the safety of his allies. Eren was kind if a failure in comparison. Lelouch would probably think he is an idiot. If you think of it, lelouch with no powers might even be able to lead them to victory against marely.
I imagine the fight would start either with Eren attacking Britannia or Lelouch invading Paradis
In the end Erens rumbling was stopped by a whisper.
As I said in a reply, if I could describe these two with a single quote it would be: "Thou who art willing to perform all sacrilegious acts for thine own justice! Call upon my name, and release thy rage! Show the strength of thy will to ascertain all on thine own, though thou be chained to Hell itself!"
Arsene describes these two perfectly with that quote, the lengths that they are willing to go through to ensure their ultimate goal succeeds is incredible, and they are willing to do anything to succeed.

From what I can tell in the lyrics, Lelouch (who wants to end all war) begs Eren to stop the "march of the tribe" (the rumbling) and while he knows theres actions/blood that Eren can't take back, he can stop any further bloodshed
Eren rebuttals, saying that his actions have already been put into motion, and that while he knows his actions will bring "darkest times" he knows these times are necessary to bring his goals forward. He laughs, likely transforming into a Titan.
Lelouch then attempts to use his powers, mocking the self-righteous godly position Eren has put himself in and "kindly requests" that Eren stop his rumbling and "make it right". He further emphasizes that his past actions cant be taken back, but further bloodshed can be stopped.
Eren shakes off his persuasion, seeing his constant attempts of persuasion to be begging for mercy. Eren explains his actions may "sacrifice them all" (the world) but he will do whatever it takes to save his kind (the people of Paradis).
Lelouch tries again to persuade Eren with his powers, attempting to convince Eren he is weak and needs to hide himself away for what he has done. At this point Im not sure of the actual matchup, but I'd consider Eren's mental defense to be waning at this point, which is why Lelouch says "your fate is mine". he's basically spamming his power at this point..
Both Eren and Lelouch know at this point that neither will survive this encounter until "no one else survives" but them.
At this point, I feel Lelouch is being backed into a corner, his powers simply not enough to put Eren down. Now it is Eren telling Lelouch, perhaps mockingly, that his fate is in his hands now, and that he is the weak one.
Lelouch had a powerful voice, but it was drowned out over the sound of rumbling..
Got to point out that the laugh is most definitely coming from Lelouch it's simply his thing to do

As a huge fan of both Code Geass and Attack on Titan, this matchup has been in my top 5 most wanted for a while now. Even though Lelouch would likely lose due to his power being more manipulative, I still want to see how these two characters interact. They had a similar end goal but went about it VERY differently, and I think Lelouch would probably ridicule Eren for doing such a thing while Eren would call Lelouch out on his hypocracy considering all the things he’s done as Zero.

I think it’s more likely an army battle akin to eggman vs Willy and in that case lelouch take this since all he has to do is take out Erin and one fleya would be more than enough to win.

During the finale we see, that he has the power of summoning every single past titan shifter as well, if under Attack which would give him at least over a thousand shifters if he goes all in.

This sounds like something out of Metal Gear Rising and honestly I am *all* for it.
I'm loving that I just have no idea what songs are getting vocals, as is always a pleasant surprise when they do release.

Another song that I didn't expect to get a vocal but that works very well.
I'll admit that I never was the biggest fan of Zero Paths Left purely because I the reference material from AOT is not something I really like. However, just like how Unbreakable did it, I think the vocals here add a really nice "change of pace" to the song and cover the parts that I don't particularly enjoy from the original material.
I'll also note that some of the lyrics are a tiny bit shaky in how they're implemented (IE: The first part of the first verse (0:35-0:48)) as they just don't sound right to me. However other parts, like the chorus for example, are absolutely top tier in how they sound and are implemented.
I also must say that I appreciate that no lyrics were put on the 2:37-2:50 segment as it's easily the best part of the instrumental. Also makes the chorus after it have that much more impact which is great.
Overall this vocal cover definitely makes me appreciate the song much better and I'll be sure to listen to it quite a bit. Amazing work as always.

It's been awhile since i've watched geass, but based on what i remember, there are a few versions of lelouch to consider. Lelouch in command of the full power Black Knights, Lelouch in command of peak Bretonia, and an amalgum of the two which death battle sometimes likes to do. Full power black knights Lelouch having the highest ammount of high power experimental knightmare frames including Seiten eight elements and the most allies to call upon. Peak Bretonia Lelouch having more bodies and resources in general along with a literally suicidally loyal army. Along with this he'd have possesion of the fleya fortress, which is probably the single strongest asset in that universe during lelouch's time. And then an amalgum would just have both by means of some loosely feesible plot contrivence. Whats the match up on Eren's side looking like if you dont mind me asking?
To cut it straight to the point Eren is not winning this
Nearly 600.000 colossal titans which can cause global genocide in the matter of days by themselves as well as the ability to recreat every deceased titanshifter from the paths, wich would be well over a thousand if not even more and at any moment he choses turn eldians into titans as well.
@@shizachan8421 the main concern i have is firepower, range, and mobility, what would eren bring to be able to take out flight capable high mobility nightmares? and whats more, do any of the titans have ranged firpower capable of bypassing the barriers of slower targets like the avalon or fleya fortress?
@@yuphine9001 The best thing they have is the intense body heat of the Colossal Titans, which at max power, can boil parts of the ocean and incinerate fleets in moments. That’s not counting each one’s capability to literally explode; just one has power comparable to a nuclear bomb.
Next are the Warhammer Titan shifters, who can create long-ranged weaponry capable of piercing and smashing through Titan crystals, which you can argue to be Multi-City Block level (a collision between Annie’s hardening with Eren cleared multiple blocks of Shiganshina District, and the hardening utilized by Eren casually smashes apart Reiner’s armor, which was also unaffected by Eren’s unhardened attacks, which in turn can one-shot normal Titans. We see even with hardening, Eren’s Titan was utterly beheaded and pierced by the Warhammer.). Eren himself also inherited the Warhammer from eating the previous owner.
He can also summon the Beast Titan (Zeke’s particular) who has hellish pitching skills, cutting armies down and reducing multiple city blocks into red mist with a single throw.
Some of Eren’s more agile assets would be the Jaw Titans, which can blitz other Titans and crunch through Hardening-level objects like a nutcracker. However, I don’t know how they’d do against space-faring fleets but I assume not very well.
@@Pastamist the knightmares and ships aren't space faring, they only opperate in atmosphere, and the extreme heat and bombing sounds like it would make close combat for the knightmares even more of a non option. how well could the armored, hardening, and or warhammer titan survive a shot from a hadron cannon to the nape, these particle beams are strong enough we see to on the low end bore through meters of steel and concrete and one shot other non shielded knightmares with ease; On the high end, they devestate multiple city blocks. there's also radient wave technology, which are more like radiation beams, microwaving targets from the inside out and exploding them, though they require ammo which can run out if there's nowhere to resupply.
This is really good. Would’ve liked a little thunder shroud reference but this is still really good I like it a lot. Nice job Brandon Yates as always.

If we're giving Eren the Rumbling. Then we're at least giving Lelouch his Knightmare(s). Which are leagues more advanced than anything in the AoT universe. There is no reason he couldn't just fly up to Eren's face and unload everything on him. Even if he can Regen from decapitation. Can't say the same for complete disintegration. Plus I think Geass is much more powerful than Eren going into memories to influence the past(which I think is only possible cause his father was the previous Attack Titan.
Lelouch has far surperior firepower, Defenses, and mobility.
Eren has a mindless army that is useless against an opponent who can fly.
Its a lot less even when eren starts yeeting titans. Or at least a lot more cool.
@@clem2526 you think Eren could throw Colossal Titans with this boney stick arms. He could tell them to jump or maybe stand and fight instead of walking. It wouldn't matter. The Guren and The Lancelot(who are still superior to Lelouch's Knightmare but not by too much) we're able to dash around the battlefield at such speeds that other Knightmare couldn't track them. I'd say Lelouch is still far to fast and mobile to not avoid the thrown Titans.
All that being said, it would be very funny

4 days late, but considering Eren has the warhammer titans powers at his disposal, it's *possible* he could do the same crystal cocoon shit that the og warhammer titan user attempted to use to save herself, as it kept her alive even if her titan was being pummeled.
I could see Lelouch fatally injuring Erens titan, forcing him to make a new one. It was a close call, so Eren decides to instead use the power I just mentioned. Now when Lelouch goes in for the kill again, it takes Lelouch off guard when it doesnt work.
@@socialaccount0000 Yeah I could see this but again we're dealing with a vast technology difference. We don't know the exact tech his Knightmare has but to assume it doesn't have some kind of x-ray to find Eren's cocoon is very unlikely. Eren just has a lot of ways to stall the fight. And if he could stall until Lelouch's Knightmare runs out of fuel he might have a chance. But atp Lelouch would notice he's stalling or he's running out of energy and either retreat or go more on the offensive. Side note, this is also ignoring the possibility of him having the FLEIAs. Which are basically nukes!!

An odd match up even though the characters are in way similar, though Lelouch would win if he had access to his Knightmare, the tech is just so overly busted and could wreck any titan, and with it being able to fly, not even the Founder could do anything
honestly idk who would win here..erens titan form could easily decimate lelouch's knightmare, but lelouch is a master schemer and planner , and we have no idea if titans can be mind controlled as that doesnt exist in aot (corrdinate is less like mind control and more activating some kinda instinct buried deep in titan dna i think, shifters like riener have shown resistance to it) so it really depends if eren brute forces lelouch down or if lelouch's geass will owkr on eren when shifted
Actually the founding Titan at best is only Town level whereas lelouch is mountain level so surprisingly lelouch is stronger
Also Geass isn't just mind control, it rewrites the synopsis of the brain, essentially recoding of the brain functions rather than just telling someone what to do

Titans dont have brains (or so its been said they lack most internal organs) but shifters have a person that controls them so would it work on eren at all? espeically given lelouch needs eye contact and his human body is very far away from his titan eyes
@@aqj2014 When Rod Reiss (as a "regular" Titan) gets half his head blown off we can clearly see a brain, Eren gets shot in the head causing his movements to become sluggish (implying the existence of a brain), and Reiner spread his consciousness across his Titan body's nervous system which includes the brain
Also, I'm pretty sure shifters can be affected by the Founding Titan's mind control proving they have no immunity or resistance to that sort of thing
Now, whether Lelouch would just take control of Eren's Titan body or Eren himself is up for debate

Realistically Lelouch. With his knightmare he would be faster and hit harder than even Eren's colossal titan form plus Geass is basically the easiest win condition as all Lelouch needs is eye contact with Eren

I had to listen to this twice to fully form my opinions on this, and my honest opinion is that this song is one of your worst because the singing was awful. It wasn't mixed very well, it sounded slightly offbeat during the second verse, and the singing voices sounded very phoned in. Also, the music itself just felt kind of flat in all honesty. I know for a fact that you and the people you usually work with can do better than this, so what happened?

It takes great headphones, to enjoy the vocals. And the normal version was great too. Brandon has killer vocals and they work with every song he’s done. They just don’t compare to what he’s done with Villain, Reverse Rosé, Hollow Dreams, Princes of Pride, etc.
