Yes just like cars and anything else people buy them on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their payments it gets REPOED.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly,
If you can't pay you can always voluntarily return the it.
Then there is this...

She’s probably got a decent heart & a drug problem. Think I heard her say if she knew he was coming she’d have cleaned it out which was a bold face lie I’m sure, but I think she probably felt it.

Amazing. I was thinking...."how the hell is he going to get that trailer and truck into the back yard?" Then you show up on the little mobile hoist with caterpillar tracks. That was a work of art and you centered it perfectly on the bed of your trailer. If it was me, I would probably have had to dismantle the shed or knock down the neighbor's fence. Great work!

I will never understand why people have to have so much stuff setting around. They could have a nice yard if they got rid of a lot. Guess this falls under hoarding, and that is an illness.

I used to be a tow truck driver and often found myself having to get creative while pulling cars and trucks out of tight spaces but HOLY COW MAN!!! you are a magician the way you get these things out of theses yards!! Thanks for sharing, also kudos on your people skills.
All this is a great example of why I don’t do work for landlords and/or investors. Had enough of people’s grease, roaches, trash, and unruly children years ago. NO thank you!

Josh, you are a good person for cleaning out the shed. A lot of people would not appreciate you moving of THEIR stuff out. You could have easily taken the shed with everything inside.

I only got it a couple weeks ago! AND ALL THAT GRASS, WEEDS, TREES, AND JUNK GOT PACKED AROUND THAT BUILDING that is the fastest hardest working person I have seen.

That was a new one, using the dollies to pivot out of that tight spot. What a disaster area that back yard was. Many mosquito breeding pools to choose from.

Yes, the unassembled furniture won't survive the first rain. Money down the drain. The shed sitting with the wood on the soil, 10 years and the floor will be rotten. Well there is a reason why people are in such life situations. All the kids stuff shows there are kids who are raised to live this way, and they will do so, too. It's not bad luck, its do it to your self.

This entire process is the definition of "work smarter not harder". Fuck if I don't want every machine this man used throughout the repo process. Don't even have uses for them, but I sure as hell want them.
You are such a professional and make it look so easy in difficult situations...and in personal interfaces.
Trash is not discriminant, it come in all kinds of ways and even life styles, rich or poor.
Yet another example of someone not caring about responsibility and paying bills. They make sure they have cigarettes, nails, hair and other enjoyment and if there's any money left then pay bills. Just because you may not have a bunch of money doesn't mean you can't clean up the trash.

I have plenty of unfortunate personal experience with skunks and they almost always warn you first before they fire by pawing the ground as they turn and get ready to fire, this will give you a few seconds to get out of the line of fire. The older the skunk the worse the smell is and lasts longer. Keep up the good work and god bless.
