Grossglockner: The highest mountain in Austria

We leave Halstat behind and head southwest to ride the most famous Austrian Alpine pass, Grossglockner. One of the most beautiful passes I had ever ridden in my life.

I went there many times and i still find it beautiful. This holiday I also went to the Grossglockner and then someone fell off a mountain/cliff, but alot of respect to that man because he reached a really high mountain there! Very sad, but it happened. Anyway, I recommend going to the Grossglockner!

how many pairs socks do you wear to avoid 'toe' cold-stress...?
as i go mountain biking in similar wet-cold snowy conditions in tasmania here and my toes cop it real bad.....
