As soon as Christina said 'Deep Freeze' I took it as a sign to do a freezer spell on that someone. In case anyone is curious about this spell - you write the person's name on a piece of paper, put it in the freezer and it freezes their energy towards you, i.e. they no longer bother you. It's completely harmless and it won't hurt the other person. I have done it many times including my son's old football coach who refused to accept the fact that my son was leaving the team lol.

Gosh, you really hit a nail on its head with this. Thank you, as I have been guilty and shamed regarding my feelings in connection and my need to express. For so long I rationalized and beat myself up, but not anymore. The one-hit wonder showed, as others have, they would disallow me my feelings, expressing them, and would deny working with me on that level at all. And rather than stay and struggle, I immediately at 1st sign of this - not second or third or more - dree a line and said NO, I'm out. Not easy, but done.
