Manuel Fama both! But the rainforest is definitely better in Manuel Antonio, in my opinion. Loved the beach and restaurants in Nosara!

Manuel Fama La Fortuna Waterfall was 100% a major highlight! The actual town around the waterfall was super touristy and I didn’t love that. So definitely recommend visiting but for just long enough to see the waterfall. And go early! Like 30 mins before they open :)
