Disconnect the mobile from watch and try to access to make sure it is not problem on mobile side. Secondly, u can reset your watch to factory and then reconfigure again with mobile and see.

Bro smart watch set how 12 hours
Thanks for the video. No matter what buttons I push, the face will not become visible. When I pair, I get Well Audio, not T55. Actually, I have no idea what watch I have. Can you help?
Please check on settings or information about the watch. You will be able to find watch detail two places on your watch and on your user guide.
@@smartwatch_helpline Thanks, but as I mentioned in my comment, I cannot open the watch. It is fully charged. But no watch face or apps. My user manual does not mention the name or type of watch.

Sorry buddy there is problem with the watch. At least you should see dual audio or watch6/7 and phone book/contact (or something like that) if not then check with seller about it.

Try to increase sound level from the mobile (you should see this while connecting dual audio or wellaudio from mobile bluetooth)
Pls how did u set it to 12 hour settings
It is usually fitpro app settings or you can change your faces on watch both way you should be able to set time formate

Bro mine not connecting there is no option for bluetooth
bluetooth is by default ON always. But for music and phone call you need ON dual audio settings (i.e. 2:25), if I mentioned in my video as bluetooth then pardon me. Only bluetooth to be enable manually on your mobile.

It is a manufacturer decision so you can not do anything on this part

If your mobile is android then please check the manual sometimes there are few extra steps
