Take a deep breath, hold it for 5 seconds then exhale vey slowly. Repeat and think of nothing else.

Hi dinny harry its good that you ask so I will explain it ok before Jesus came on the earth it was the priest job to pray for us cause they were the one that could approach the Lord and a sacrifice was made but that was the old testament and at such people tend to just pray at a appointed time but then God sent his only son Jesus to come and show how to pray you see Jesus had powers so he could have done everything that he did without even praying but he was showing us and example on how pray to God and to acknowledge him at all times and that nothing happen without his will. Jesus gave us the Lord prayer as a guide which is in Matthew and because Jesus took our place on the cross we are now able to pray to God for yourself no more sacrifice.
There is only one and true living from the beginning of time it was only him that prayer went to but the difference is that back then the priest had to do the prayer but now you can do your prayer and seek and speak to him for yourself.
