- DS18 new PRO-TWN5 has all the looks of a driver but has been compactly sized to fit into super tweeter dimensions. This new super tweeter 1.5-inch voice coil can handle 200W RMS and 400W Peak. Comes with a neodymium magnet which increases the tweeters efficiency and lowers the weight dramatically. Each tweeter comes with an included bass blocker for extra protection against frequencies that would otherwise damage the tweeter so you can feel safe your equipment can play loud and long. These tweeters have a very high sensitivity of 107 dB so the do not require full power to get extremely loud. This opens you up to multiple amp choices for your tweeters and gives you the versatility everyone looks for in powering and using your new tweeters.

Tweeters need to be crossover at 3k on dedicated amplifier also keep the capacitor its a safety. I have the smaller ds18 twn 4 running 200 watts but my amplifier is set at 4k with the capacitor it brings. Also keep in mind I have my amplifier tune no distortion. My mids are on separate channel set at 110 hertz . Running 4 channel .

@Snagg2k they doing fine I got them tune to 3k hi pass on amplifier tune to 0 db no distortion playing safe feeding it 200 watts rms
