If you looked closely, you could see he was about to do a Thunderclap Rush right after the Shield Block Reset, but the clip cut out last second. If you have ever tried to do that before, you'd know it takes a lot of practice.

@@Lunacy4 unfortunately, the Koroks have not yet been drafted. Once they have been added to the army of Hyrule we can enjoy several lines of defense.

Canonically speaking, this should be Link's actual power. He took down an entire horde of monsters, including multiple Lynels.

I know AoC isn’t canon, but the fact that they sent out like 500 soldiers so Link could *train* and were still like “gee I wonder who the chosen hero is” is still so funny to me. Small man go crazy.
I've always considered the cutscenes of the game canon, at least to the limits of the character's abilities. So according to the devs, link can block a huge chunk of concrete with one arm, hold his own against all four blights at once, and move faster than a guardian laser. he is a BEAST

The hero of the Wild is really the most extreme version of Link. He's both the most fearsome, with the arsenal and skill to destroy armies of foes, and the silliest, with the reccurent habit to hurt himself, running naked holding nothing but a stick and disgusting food in the mouth
That's why he is the hero of the wild, he is just a wildcard

@@bdletoast09 I don't think that's right it said an Unknown amount of time passes between BOTW and ToTK. Personally I think it's 3 to 7 years post BOTW but that aint official cannon its just based on me estimating based on link's appearance and the amount of time it'd take a medieval nation to build all the new structures seen in TOTK.
Theory: All of the champions have a unique ability, right? And Link is a champion too. So his ability is bullet time, allowing him to do flurry rushes and the impossible arrow shots. Which makes sense, since the Hero is often at least somewhat associated with time.

Mipha has her healing
Zelda has her light abilities
And Link has control over time itself

IIRC there was a guard's diary or something like that in Breath of the Wild from back when Link was still in training and the guard mentioned how Link's movements were as if time passed slowerd from Link's perspective even though Link was still at a very young age.

0:21 the spinning spear thing, a weird glitch that players exploited for stuff like this, also became a new addition to totk based on the third trailer. The devs really looked at what the player base could achieve by abusing their physics system and turned them into offical mechanics.
It’s actually already in BOTW, just hold Y while using your spear.

It's not really that hard. Just practice doing certain tricks until you can do then reliably, and gradually expand your bag of tricks. Times more of a limiting factor than anything else
Most if stuff in here are also some glitches being exploited, i am not that good but at least I mastered flurry rush a loot so i pretty much untouchable XD

Funny how strong link actually is in canon if you think about it, these stuff are things he can do in game even if a few are glithces, dude really just slows time and barrages you with an onslaught of weapons and techniques while being untouchable
And there are those out there, complaining that he has no technique. Guess it comes done to the skill of the player to make their own button combo techniques.

Like when Link got thrown off the gold lynel at 1:00 and lands dramatically, scraping against the ground as he stands in the foreground of the left side, basically telling the viewer "HEY, EYES OVER HERE LOOK AT ME!" while the lynel stands on the right side like the combatant in a gladiator match. GOD this game is cool! So hyped for TOTK!

I always find it strange that the NPCs ingame always rely on Zelda and say that she will save them when Link is an absolute menace. I've heard many times that a full power Zelda should be able to easily beat Link because she has control of time and light but I don't think that's the case. Link slayed dragons and beat the person who defeated Rauru and all six sages at once including Zelda. He even defeated him alone because Ganondorf easily defeated the five sages again and if Zelda would be there he would've beaten all six. That's also why I really like that one scene from Totk where Rauru says to Ganondorf that Link will beat him. That was too epic and the only time Link got acknowledged. So yeah, Link is just too powerful for them. I even restricted myself and didn't use my Bow because Ganondorf lost too much health too quickly when I did and he's literally the final boss
