That's an amazing place. Prolly a nice location to have two lots next to each other. Other than having a larger space when building a house, it could also accommodate amenities like pool, backyard, patio or outdoor bbq area etc if you desire to build one.

what happens to the water supply source, where do you access it ?
I will never buy a house near the play ground and the club house. Noisy kids lots of people will come and go in the club house, no privacy who knows if these people are resident or outsiders.

We dont go that much outside cavite since our business is located with in 5 kilometers radius. Masama kung ang subd is in dasma or silang then ang mga business is sa Naic 🤣

We live inside a resort so I guess we are okay with the crowd near us 😀
