Be careful when buying land in this area...the chiefs will draw the site plan wrong by a couple feet on purpose...when you try to register...that's when you will find out. You will end up paying twice because they will ask you to redo the site plan...they will tell you that your land is a foot into someone else's land and you have to settle with that person. They are all in it...INCLUDING the chiefs.

Gomoa area has a lot of chiefs owing and fighting among the lands ..please do your research before buying any land
