Nothing makes me happier than watching my boys watch Bridgerton 🥰
somehow I knew you would watch BlindWave 🤣
I love Eric's "living for the drama" excitement after every episode. I feel like I'm watching myself through these reactions.
I've seen enough interviews now to know that neither Bridgerton nor Derry Girls is Nicola Couglan's real accent. She's just that good. She can even do a Julie Andrews as Whistledown impression that's pretty good.
Even the Irish accent she used with the Printer isn't her real accent.
"and sometimes people were humiliated" " sometimes people did humiliating things" THIS
Nicola uses a Dublin accent not her Galway accent when she delivers Lady Whistledown to the printers.
Their faces to the Colin finding out reaction were priceless. :D
To me it seemed like Benedict was interested in exploring his sexuality, but got nervous and dipped out. I have a feeling Benedict is in fact bisexual, but hasn’t had many opportunities to pursue that part of himself.
he’s pansexual actually, the actor himself labelled benedict as pansexual! 🤗
Just curious if this part is from the books? And will it be explored more?
@@Anu32148Benedict in his book is the biggest misogynistic and classist asshole there is. Show Benedict is nothing like him. His book is appalling, I hope they change it because the optics will be very bad for him. I wish they also explore his sexuality now because it’s been three seasons of queerbaiting for just a little pay off.
@@Anu32148 It isn't in the books, but much of the show has diverged from the books. Sometimes in good ways, sometimes not. I'm sure Ben's pan interests will be explored further in the show.
In today’s terms I think he would be considered pansexual by the way the actors/writers (I forgot who exactly was asked about this) described, but of course these labels didn’t exist back then
I just love when a little piece of information is dropped and y'all are all immediately like
🧐🤔✍🏻✍🏻✍🏻✍🏻✍🏻✍🏻
Lady Danbury was 3 when her parents arranged her marriage with Lord Danbury. That’s not when they married but that is when that marriage was planned.
"Lady Humup". 🤣 Oh good lord, that one got me.
Same!
Lady Yodelside
Lady Singunder
Lady Yellover
Lady Screechright
Lady Whisperwrong
i like lady danbury’s real accent coming through. her british accent being fake could help with the young lady danbury’s accent being less convincing to people in queen charlotte.
I thought both accents were convincing.
@@bethanychatman9531 i liked the young lady danbury’s accent in queen charlotte and thought she did a good job but i’ve seen people say it’s not convincing because she’s american.
The accent coming out worked for me bc the young lady Danbury used her accent when she was telling her son about their African heritage.
You guys skipped over Portia and pen/Collin having no idea how do the chaperone thing. They’re all just…baffled. Polly walker (Portia) in that scene is hilarious. 2:39
It was so funny
0:22 "SHOULDERS 👑 HERSELF!" ❤😂❤😂😂🎉
It's crazy how much Violet is good at knowing what her sons want, but so oblivious when it comes to Daphne, Eloise and now Francesca
Maybe it's because she got so used to raising boys after Anthony, Benedict and Colin that by the time Daphne came of age, she was out of practice about young women.
Really? I was always a little frustrated by how she misjudged Anthony. She completely missed that he was traumatized by his father's death and the grieving period that followed.
@@diamcole I meant it more in terms of their love lives
@@vlahakisnick Yeah, I got you! I just don't think she was all that tapped into what Anthony wanted because of that core misunderstanding.
@@diamcole Agree. Violet says whatever the plot wants her to say. Violet was very heavy-handed in her guilt-trips of Anthony, and didn't shy away from wielding Edmund's death as a weapon. Glad she apologized for being checked-out, but she needs to apologize for all the guilt-trips. The narrative that she's such a great mother and their family is so close feels thin, as much as I enjoy her performance.
You guys make me laugh so much. I’ve not even watched this show before but I’ve been sucked into this season by your reactions 😂😂
Eric and his glee for drama get me 😆
Mondrich’s personal dreams are moot. he is now raising the future baron of Kent, which means he must act as the father of a future baron, not the owner of a bar, and in this society, those two things are very different. He must cultivate the connections social standings and respect of the father of the future Baron, not the owner of a bar.
And manage the estate which somehow they never mention. He has other work to do.
If he wants his other son and daughter to do well in this society, he has to take all of this seriously.
The funny part is that noblemen owned businesses all the time in regency England. They didn't tend their own bars, but quirkiness wasn't such a great sin. Farmer George, anyone? It's such a weak subplot to act as contrast: Mondrich losing his business despite his fight, and Pen winning the fight to keep her business. Love the actors, but it was a total yawner. Alice's imposter syndrome mini-arc was more interesting than all her guilt trips of Will.
@@em8066 Farmer George is still the king so that’s not a good comparison. The king can do whatever he wants not a man who only just came into money and estate
he could keep the bar just hire people to manage it but I guess he didn't want to do that
Eric loving the drama😂
And there's so much drama.
Also, I'm sure you've already done the finale reaction but there's a post credits scene too.
I'm pretty sure that it's not Nicola's real accent, hers is more subtle. She does a more 'extreme' accent in the show.
Yeah I’m pretty sure the Irish accent she uses in the show is from another region not the same place she is from.
Yeah she's from Galway but she does a North County Dublin accent for the scene
It has hit the fan. Eric is my spiritul animal, living for the drama. Lol
So, if you haven't recognized her, the actress that plays Lady Danbury played Martha's mom on Doctor Who.
She was also the cat nurse as well......the whoniverse likes to sneak in repeat actors when they can 😉
People have been having sympathy for Cressida, and I do have some, same for any lady of this period. But she is voiceless now because no one likes her. She spent three seasons sabotaging others in public and being cruel. Not even discreet about it. Society doesn’t like that, being obvious and out in the open, it’s classless. You see the guy saying to his fiancé he doesn’t like Cressida, but enjoys Whistledown. Thing is, men saw her picking on other young ladies. She blames on society making them compete, but this is a lie, isn’t it? Her main target was always Penelope. A young girl, forced to debut a year early, not fitting the standards, who is ignored by men, women and her own family, who was no competition at all. She was an easy target, the weakest link, and Cressida made it a game to antagonize her. She is cruel and a coward. Now, she is tasting her own venom, learning how it is to be a social pariah. She is reaping what she sowed. Even Eloise befriending her made me lose some sympathy for her. Cressida’s cruelty to Penelope was one of the driving forces for LW. She is a lot of the things Eloise says she hates, although Eloise herself puts other women down, although not intentionally, she is just very judgmental and unaware she was way more privileged than the average girls (she has three loving rich brothers and one rich sister that can and will support her in spinsterhood if she does not married, Cressida, Pen and most girls do not have that). Her ultimatum (after ruining the engagement announcement and party for Pen) was callous. If Pen were to lose Colin and LW, she would lose any prospects of a good future (either through marriage or the money she makes). So yeah, there’s a lot of layers here, but the show giving the bully a sob story is a bit harmful. Don’t forget how she was with Pen, and even Daphne, previous seasons.
Agree with all of this, although Pen did need to tell Colin before sleeping with him. Eloise felt like more of a plot device than herself this season - and she needed a bit of perspective. Eloise's "mic drop" speech, to Cressida "hiding" by the carriages in giant pink sleeves, rang hollow. I imagine the writers plan on only developing Eloise during her own season, if she gets one, but it's a lame storytelling strategy.
I am glad that we get to see how completely Cressida's parents have poisoned her. She is the product of those two contemptible people, through and through. I had hopes for her when she befriended Eloise, and actually thought they could mutually benefit each other, but Cressida's desire to escape her parents ended up backfiring spectacularly.
Really would like you to watch Derry Girls. It's awesome
I like everyone’s reaction at the end to Colin finding out! 😅
Thank you, I was waiting for your reaction
Aaron and me are the biggest Eloise defenders!
You should watch fleabag!!
I'm rooting for Penelope since season 1. She's sweet and clever, and she deserves to find her happy ending. Loved your reaction.
The big Mondrich paper contraption wasn't that impressive. I laughed at how everyone reacted to it.
Same here. It looks like a turkey, blocks the view, and takes up the dance floor.
I thought the same but then i realized that for the 1800s it might be impressive. My 2024 eyes are like meh but i get it.
@@ellecerq6409 they weren't going to impress the queen with it after that soecracular automatron the queen had in her wig. This opened up. Big whoop.
I think it was supposed to represent the “wallflower”
An eyesore and it took up half the room. But, I was more put off with how bitchy the queen was being. Why is she like this? The actress does a wonderful job, but I hate the way she is written. How did that wonderful young lady from Queen Charlotte turn into this?
Mondrich's storyline mirrors Penelope's. They even have the heir of the state. Both of them Barons. How can she continue as LW after S3 ending? Members of the Ton do not work. This Will be Penelope and Colin S4 storyline.
Perhaps Anna is on a ship? This isn't Expanse 3.6? My bad. but clever.
🥳🥳🥳🥳
Does 3x07 reaction NOT show for anyone else? Or is it just me?
Who's getting thrown out the airlock?

YOU NEED TO FINISH WATCHING QUEEN CHARLOTTE BEFORE YOU CONTINUE WATCHING BRIDGERTON PT.2 !!!!!!!!!!!!
They already did.....as a subscriber I watched both series with them and they put out the 6th Charlotte episode Friday. Now I'm impatiently waiting on the rest of this seasons episodes 😅
They finished it
cressida going to wales where those Ladies of Llangollen live.... how fitting.
Bro where's your ''ice age'' reaccion? It's a very good movie and very iconic.
Kalki 2898 release trailer 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
QUEEN CHARLOTTE FASTER PLEASE 🙏 ❤ lol 😊
Sorry for my outburst… that is all…
If Cressida knew that Eloise knows the truth.... 🙈😂
Please make reaction on kalki 2898ad movie trailers❤😢😅

People always underestimate how much people love salacious gossip and drama. If LW had been writing about what you suggested, she wouldn't have had a fraction of the success she has. Most folks aren't into the high minded let's change society rhetoric, they just want to hear some good tea being spilled.

I feel bad for Cressida like I understand she did terrible things but both her parents poisoned her bad. Also i can’t with Eloise this whole season she’s been so out of touch with everything and it pisses me off. I just don’t like her.
I was constantly disappointed and sad about Eloise but I think that’s the point. I felt very similar about Anthony in season 1 and Colin in season 2. they are trying to fit in and at the same time do their thing and fail. I really hope I’m going to like Eloise‘s season but I think I will
I actually feel bad for Cresida. She threw shade and gossips but Bridgertons and Penelope is no better. They all have their flaws. Cresida just fell into a overly competitive society in which she felt the need to survive.
It felt very plotty to me that Pen didn't tell Colin before they broke the couch. Takes me back to the SA of season 1, because Colin likely would not want to break the couch with her like that if he knew her secret at that time. Not romantic to me at all.
Well, he was the experienced partner who seduced her. Pen didnt even really understand what was exactly going on. So he has himself to blame for breaking the couch. Lol and it's clear that he wants to marry her, he just wants her to give up LW.
