We will tour you to 26 of the recognized Heritage and Ancestral Houses in Silay. Not including, The Mansion (Leandro de la Rama Locsin Ancestral House), San Diego Pro Cathedral, the Gabaldon bldgs in the elementary school and the Silay City Hall.

All the houses look so beautiful and properly maintained. Excited to visit this city soon! Anyway, I hope they release an ordinance soon about the road level limit, I noticed the concrete roads are slowly consuming the column pedestals of those along the main avenues.

it would be verry Beautiful if the design of our buildings is still neoclassical styles like that because of the european vibes, for sure so many tourist will visit us.
The city has to move to preserve and develop the place , wall should be flatten and open , they have a foundation to plan and landscape the whole city,

Its pity the government they dont preserve those historical houses...dapat alagaan iyan ng mabuti...pinturahan at ayusin.
the city governance has been already hands-on for how many years when it comes to our heritage, the houses are already recognize as a government property (well like a 50% somehow) well most of the houses are semi- privately owned by the families of the original owners and still home by their children and granddaughters. well the city governance suggested that some of the house can be converted into commercial establishments to amend the restoration of the structures well some of it remain as an their ancestral home.
e.g. Digna Locsin Consing Ancestral house was owned by my grandmother's cousin i think and still under the care of our family for decades. so basically its one of our family ancestral home and still acting as a "normal" household

These houses are for demolition or for great renovation. The city is simply horrible. Greetings.
