    I just built a couple bird houses today and a blue bird visited one not long after I put it up and proceeded to visit it multiple times afterwards

      I love blue birds!! We have a couple that visit the bird feeders here every year. Been thinking about adding some nest boxes for them

    Great work my friend! Even though I don’t breed finches, I always enjoy your creativity with aviaries and bird room set ups. I also learn a lot regarding medication and foods since some of that can be use for my birds.

    Love the videos, what size was that birdcage squares that you did a video on? It had the 14 gauge wire.

    Great aviary, my question is why the last cages below do not have the paper system like the others?

    • @paradiseaviary
      @paradiseaviary  Před rokem

      Thankyou 🙏, I would have to build something to hold the paper up on the bottom cages. All the top ones have it because the paper sits on the cage bellow, but once we get to the last cage I dont have anything to hold it up. Eventually will build something for it

    Hey friend one question, where do you get your finches? any particular store or farm?

  • @husamnassr7686
    @husamnassr7686 Před rokem

    When you separate the finches where did you put them? and how you can prepare both finches and canaries in the same room with extended light time?

    • @paradiseaviary
      @paradiseaviary  Před rokem +1

      Right now all the males and females are in a different aviary waiting for tge flights to be finished so they can be released in those. As far as light hours for breeding canaries vs finches its complicated !!! Ive kept the same hours so the canaries continue to breed and will probably start to lpwer the hours in a month or two. Eitherways most of the finches know its time to stop and they have started to moult without me lowering the light hours.

    Great video! Question, can’t you keep the male and female Canaries together in the large flights? Or do they have to be separated?

    • @paradiseaviary
      @paradiseaviary  Před rokem +1

      Thanks Tony, personally Ive always kept them sepparated. Males in one flight or cages and females in another.
