Hemelvaartweekend 2017,met prachtig weer en op zaterdag de 1ste tropische dag van 2017.
Dat betekent dus drukte op de grachten van Amsterdam, met name de Prinsengracht en Leidsegracht. Levert natuurlijk wel leuke beelden op!

Wat is dat.... een vaarbewijs? Zo te zien hebben de meesten die niet. Maar ook de officiële beroepsvaart maakt er een potje van.

What a shambolic set-up. I'm amazed that nobody got tipped into that noisome sewer and had to go to hospital for a course of a dozen injections else die of one or more of the infectious diseases festering therein!

Die waterfietsen met tienermeisjes erin lijkt me niet echt verantwoord. Weg daarmee!
Probleem lag bij die schipper van die hop-on-hop-off sloep, die ging willens en wetens door.
Zo te zien op al dit soort videootjes is de mate van asociaal gedrag rechtevenredig met het aantal pk's en/of de lengte van de boten. De kwetsbaarsten hebben vaak het nakijken...
Man cant see it without fremdschäming. But the sightseeingwasserbussskipper are also not ganz dicht.

Why would you need a swimming vest? There are plenty of boats around to pick you up if you fall in...
Ganbare: Maybe you didn't notice, this is not the US, this is Holland where people grow up with water.
We're not paranoia, so we don't wear vests in these situations
The Dutch are Good Swimmers.
It's an incentive to not fall in.
No ear muffs, shoulder pads, steel capped work boots or mouth guards, not a place I’d visit, too dangerous.
If this was street traffic I'd be CONVINCED it must be in India or something!
