I was struggling and stressed trying to find a way to organize at work and had tried every Erin Connor planner and many others. Your ideas here have really helped me!!! I think this will work. Thank you so much!!!

Would really look forward to a follow up to how you found this layout for project management/coordination. 6 months in, how you categorized the boxes per week and kept up to date between the different notebooks/pages, tasks and follow ups with your stakeholders.
Am considering my 2023 layout in my B5 rings and like the idea of having the spread across the week for stakeholder follow up tasks, important dates/deadlines, prep/post mtg tasks, etc.
Would really like to hear your experience.....

I ended up purchasing small 1x1 sticky notes from an Etsy shop and placing those in the boxes so I could move them around. I made each column vertically a section - like "high priority" or "contact/get back to someone"
I think this layout is good for that purpose, but this year, I'm trying a large B5 Archer and Olive for work so I can make the pages what I need them to be and putting meeting notes in my separate EC notebook.

What a great way to use the planner. Sounds like it’s going to do the job for you.

Such great ideas! Thanks for sharing how you plan to use this teacher planner for work. I'm considering it for my content planning.

I ALMOST ordered it for that. I think it would be great as a content planner. Especially with the vertical columns on the weekly spread!
