Wow…Love the amenities especially the gyms, library n chill areas, games room is a real bonus. Pools are nice with views and shade however I personally prefer bigger pools for lengths. To be honest at 30.5sqm the condo size would be too small for us. The bedroom awa ensuite was very well setup however we would prefer more counter space, pot n cutlery drawers and storage in the kitchen. Being in a 35sqm currently it would be hard for us to downsize. Now if I was single i could see myself in those units with everything there is to offer. 😊
I would love to see the larger rooms there and the 2 bedroom too 👍❤️👍

My previous trip to Thailand from October 6 to October 23, 2023 was canceled.
I plan to be in the Jomtien, Womgamat areas within the next 90 days or so. I will utilize your condo knowledge share to acquire a 4 to 6 week condo rental at that time.
I will also do the groundwork. To acquire a 6 - 12 month condo lease doing the 2024 low season. After getting a retirement O visa.

@@CoopersThaiAdventure Yeah I went to the Copacabana a while back when in Thailand to check out apartments and it was amazing and the location on the beach road next to night market was perfect but this place really looks off the charts someone has a pretty good imagination when they designed this
Riviera to me is the best developer. I've looked at almost all developers and their projects, Riviera is the most consistent, quality builder and they strive for great designs.

@@CoopersThaiAdventure None yet. Most Americans go to Latin America - Mexico, Panama, and DR are what I observed as top destinations for Americans, for proximity reason to US. I almost went that route, especially Ecuador. But the earthquakes turned me off. Mexico would be great but the cartels are a turn off for me. I just can't override quakes and cartels with proximity reason. I'd rather travel farther to somewhere safer.
What i'm waiting for is Arom W show n tell of the actual building NOT the show rooms. You would need a hard hat for that as it's in middle of construction but how awesome it would be to have a tour of how it looks now after almost 2 years of construction.

One thing to test out is the sound from the AC unit. I live in the Rivera Jomtien and after moving in, the AC units are quite loud. Also check on the floor drains in the bathrooms, the are the cheep style which permits oders to permeate up into the condo. you can buy some replacements for 2 to 300 bhat.
I always turn on all the lights and AC when I’m filming not heard any noise yet. I would contact the Jurisdiction office and get them to service your ac if I was you brother 👍❤️👍
coop I'm not one for being paranoid but is there stairs incase of a fire on either side? also be good to use if the lifts are rammed busy and taking ages just to get some snacks from 7 eleven. Can grab be delivered? so tempting just not sure if I should rent here
The car is a 1958 Chevy Bel Air but it looks unoriginal to me because it’s too long. The 57 had that iconic fin and is a much more desirable collectible. Also I’m blown away by the fact that it’s RHD. That’s rare.

But far from jomtien and the sea, that is a minus for me. The condos look so great. My wife like houses, I like condos close to beach.. Looks great place to rent but for owners the yearly common fee to maintain the development won’t go far after a few years use.
Still looks awesome to me and the couple hundred dollars common fees a year would be worth it to me. That games room was awesome 👍❤️👍
Totally agree I hope the Juristic can get the short term rental owners to pay up. Maintenance fees should go up every year to maintain the buildings but sadly many owners just want to milk the cow until it’s dead.@@CoopersThaiAdventure

This is what I've been saying all along -- people need to value the amenities, location, views, and others instead of fixating on the size. Having said that, it would be great if future condos especially fronting the beach, limits the size to no smaller than 40sqm for 1BR. But then again, most new developments allow you to combine 2 studios to come up with 54sqm unit.

This will not be my choice, I didn’t like the interior like the chairs at kitchen, the shiny surfaces at kitchen, the holes in the middle (!) of tv shelf, the decor in the shower etc. The interior design in the common rooms is a mix of bad taste. Sorry for my rant Cooper. We all have different taste 😊
