- The next day, on the return flight from Chicago back to the Miami area, leaving later in the day, with Fall weather rolling in and storms south of Savannah, the moonlight was paving the path, but would it be enough to get me home safe into the night storms?

- What airplane is this? This is a Cirrus SR22T (Turbo) Generation 6 (G6) built in December 2018.
- Why do you fly so much? I fly for business primarily supporting my clients and staff at meetings and conferences and vendor partner relationship building for my Government Payments platform company called Autoagent
- What do you use to record your videos? I use 3 GoPro cameras (models 5, 6, 7), I use ND4, 8, 16 filters on the cameras, I use a Sony FRD-AX53 4K camera with mechanically stabilized optical zoom, my iPhone 13 PRO MAX for many of the video shots you see when the 4K camera is too bulky to carry. I record audio with an old iPhone using voice notes and I use a cockpit audio recording cable I bought on Sporty's.
- What software do you use to edit your videos? I use Final Cut Pro on a MacBook and iMac
- Where do you find good royalty free video clips? I use artgrid.io
- Do you do all the editing? Yes, all this work other than some filler video clips and music is my work 100%
- What oxygen system do you use? I use Precise Flight cannulas and their X3 oxygen conserver regulators with the boom cannula. Works good but the boom could use some better engineering.
- Do you promote products? Never! I keep my videos sponsor free and continue have unlimited and unrestricted fun without a "boss" or watching my words.
- You fly so good don't you make mistakes? I make tons of errors which I will never show you lol
- Where are you from originally? I was born and raised in beautiful Greece and came to the US as a College student. Loved the Country decided to stay and build my career here. Best decision ever.
- How do you afford to own an airplane? Airplane ownership can be expensive but when done right, in the US, it becomes a wonderful tax deduction that can allow you to fly for business almost for free. Get trained well, get a bank loan and buy yourself an airplane for your business.

You can always fly with a safety pilot that knows the airplane and is aware of your situation.

"Weather was actually a non-issue for this whole flight" 🤣 IMC, convection, icing, frontal systems, at night going halfway across the country... Weather was a YUGE issue but you knew how to feel your way around it safely. As a fellow SR22 owner with a lot fewer hours I look forward to getting there someday!

You fly such long trips for business, you need a turboprop! More utility, get above some of that weather.
At an incredibly higher cost. Not justifiable yet
@@NikosWings I bet longer trips like this aren’t much more as far as operating cost if you can get over the acquisition cost.
The acquisition cost is par with the Cirrus sale price, for a used jet. The maintenance will be 10-20X of the Cirrus. The fuel cost will be 3-5X per hour of the Cirrus but you can cover double the distance so it comes out to about 2-4X for a typical mission. Then you factor insurance at 3-5X of the Cirrus and hangar costs, It’s expensive
@@NikosWings 55gph doing 320kts is pretty efficient. Not single engine piston efficient but hey, time is money too! Just think if you could fly at FL300 you’d be above most of that stressful weather. I do get it though. Keep the videos coming, love your weather strategies.

Εγώ να ξέρεις παρότι θεωρούμαι πολύ καλός σε αυτό που κάνω, έχω ένα τσουβάλι καλά πτυχία και προυπηρεσίες, οδηγώ αυτοκίνητο του 1998 και δεν μπορώ να το αλλάξω γιατί δεν γούσταρα ποτέ ρουσφέτια και γνωστούς. Είχα μια ελπίδα οτι θα χτιστεί ένα ίχνος αξιοκρατίας αλλά με τους δεξιούς συμβαίνει το αντίστροφο σε μεγαλύτερο βαθμό από ποτέ!Και τώρα με την δεύτερη γύρα δεν θα μείνει ούτε πόμολο στην Ελλαδίτσα. Μακάρι να βγω ψεύτης..Αυτά που ακούτε έξω για αυτή την κυβέρνηση και ειδικά στις ΗΠΑ είναι άκρως παραπλανητικά και ψεύτικα. Ο κυριότερος λόγος είναι οτι αυτό το πιόνι είναι από τα δικά τους για τα καλά. Η βασική αιτία που σιχαίνομαι την ΝΔ είναι το IQ και η διανοητική αναπηρία του Κούλη και οχι οτι δεν τον ενδιαφερει το συμφέρον του τόπου, αυτό είναι κοινό σε όλους τους κυβερνήτες που πέρασαν και θα περάσουν. Αλλιώς Νίκο αυτό το υπέροχο οικόπεδο θα έλαμπε μαζί με τους κατοίκους του. Δεν σας μεταφέρουν την μαυρίλα της κοινωνίας και μην κοιτάς τις εκλογές. Αυτοί ήταν το 20% του πληθυσμού που φαίνεται για 40 λόγω αποχής. Απλά έχουν απαγοητευτεί τόσο όλοι που δεν πάνε ούτε τώρα να ψηφίσουν και δικαιολογημένα με τον Τσίπρα σαν δεύτερη επιλογή. Συγνώμη για το σεντόνι αλλά δεν είναι ευχάριστη η αναγκαστική μετανάστευση στα 45 με παιδί στο δημοτικό..
Κοιτα δεν συμφωνώ σε πολλά που λες. Μπορεί να ζω στις ΗΠΑ αλλά είμαι πολύ ενεργός στην Ελλάδα σε business και επενδύσεις. Για μένα η Ελλάδα είναι και θα είναι η καλύτερη χώρα στον πλανήτη. Αν εσύ ζούσες στις ΗΠΑ θα καταλάβαινες πιο βαθιά τι μαυρίλα και σαπίλα υπάρχει στο εξωτερικό. Αυτό που λέω και θα λέω σε όλους είναι κάτσε στα αυγά σου και μην πας πουθενά.
Είσαι ακόμα νέος φίλε μου. Και εγώ στα 45 αν δεν είχα δημιουργήσει τις ευκαιρίες μόνος μου δεν θα είμουν εκεί που είμαι τώρα.
Για μένα ο Μητσοτάκης είναι ο καλύτερος κυβερνήτης σε πλανητικό επίπεδο αυτή τη στιγμή. Αν ο Τσίπρα είχε λάβει δύναμη από το λαό το μέλλον της Ελλάδας θα ήταν απρόβλεπτο και σκοτεινό με αβεβαιότητα. Αστα θα τα πούμε άλλη φορά γιατί είναι μεγάλη κουβέντα.

Great video. Just curious why you don’t file your IFR flight plan starting from your departure airport ? I always file from my departure airport.
For busy airspace’s like Chicago they route you all around which adds significant flight time. Of course when weather is marginal or IMC the only way is IFR all the way.
@@NikosWings makes sense. I typically don’t fly out of Class B airports. I noticed you did it out of Hickory as well. My Cherokee is at KAND and I fly up to Maryland (KHGR) every couple of weeks or so. My IFR flight plan takes me over Hickory, but I’ve never landed there. A great airport to stop at for good food and cheap Fuel is KMTV.

Most of the times it’s runway 16. Just look out for the class B if VFR and if IFR do the whole thing IFR the first time.
