Wow! Amazing shots of the deer at the beginning! Wow, camping, cabins and a lodge to stay in, lots of options! :) Looks so beautiful in the fall with all of the leaves and mountains! Beautiful views of the mountains from the ski lift. Cool its part of the Appalachian mountain range. Wow the buck just relaxing is so cool! Those antlers are huge! Deer run trail would be so fun to explore and see all of the deer, they are so cute! You got some great photos of them! The bubbling springs are really neat, wow they really do bubble! Black Water River trail looks really nice too! Awesome tour of this lovely park!

Canaan Valley is so pretty. Looks like they have quite a bit available to do there. The rooms were dated, but look really cozy. Love being able to see the views, especially those fall colors, from the sky tram. Y’all saw so many deer. They seemed to just be posing for you. Can’t get over how pretty those colors are. They just pop off the video.

Thanks for all the great info on this park! The fall colors were really pretty, especially from the chair lift, which gave you some great views! We'd love to check out the hiking trails and see some of the deer. Nice to see some bucks as well as does. It's also very convenient that they have camping! :) 👍👍

Some pretty fantastic fall colors, even post-peak! West Virginia is a great place for fall colors, though... I did an October trip to the Dolly Sods Wilderness and loved it! Some nice shots of the deer, as well. Looked like they were plentiful there! Always enjoy learning about new places from y'all... especially those state parks 👍
We've heard of Dolly Sods but havent been to it yet, maybe on our next trip there :) Glad to show you a new park!! :)
Unfortunately the skiing at Canaan Valley is not busy at all because they have not invested any money on what could be a great location, most people go to Timberline just down the road. Highly recommend the area, we come down from western Ohio every year to ski because we love Davis and the whole area.
