you have to lock position of the top-most layer, the one that you masked, and then only the object will move.

Try using brush tool with different colors/sizes. Make sure your edge is soft. Then Use Gaussian blur and add some noise

Show all steps from the first scratch, please. Do it properly! You start with the gradient background, and text on it done. Show how you did it. I cannot follow you. Got another way. So useless for me.

Hey, thank you for the quick response i honestly didn't even expect to get a reply let alone from the uploader. I managed to eliminate it. I ended up putting a gradient overlay and i think i only did a glass smart filer and i lowered the fill to 50% and it did a pretty decent job.
Oddly enough when i opened another project and tried the same thing there clip, blur, noice, glass, drop shadow it looked just as you showed it here. There wasn't a weird artifact quite lining. 🤷🏻‍♂
I also checked you other technique of the morphism version 1. Thank you for uploading these vids and showing me how to do them. 🫡🫶🏻
