JUAN DE FUCA TRAIL | 5-Day Backpacking | MUST-DO Coastal Hikes in Vancouver Island

- Juan de Fuca Trail is located within the Juan de Fuca Provincial Park along the southwestern coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. It covers 47 kilometres of rugged coastal trails and dense forest which stretches from China Beach to Botanical Beach. It offers panoramic views of the Olympic peninsula and mountains, Juan de Fuca strait, and diverse marine flora and fauna.
We did this as a 5-day backpacking. Sharing our itinerary along with the chapters in the video:

1:09 Day 1: China Beach Trailhead to Bear Beach Camp Centre plus side hike to China Beach
6:37 Day 2: Bear Beach Camp Centre to Chin Beach Camp
11:51 Day 3: Chin Beach Camp to Sombrio Beach West Camp
14:56 Day 4: Hike out to Sombrio Beach Trailhead, drive to Botanical Beach trailhead and hike to Payzant Creek Camp (unfortunately, the trail between Little Kuitsche Creek Campground and Parkinson Creek Trailhead was closed to support trail upgrade. We modified our itinerary to work around this trail closure)

This is awesome adventure with some parts very difficult to hike, but really worth to go . The beach views are fabulous. Amazing waterfall just directly dropping to to lake. Such wonderful experience you did 5 days. Thank you for fantastic sharing 😍❤️👍👍
