It may be if the teaspoon is larger than mine. In fact I have two sets of teaspoons and the differ in size quite a lot. Best is to weigh ingredients anyway.
Pretty sure he's using a teaspoon as in a spoon for tea, not an American measuring teaspoon. You can see it when he's putting in the half gram of yeast.
Amazing work! I'm so happy that i found such a nice recipe. Can't wait to try it out.
Great work on the video!❤
Thank you so much 😃
Hai risvegliato vecchi ricordi. 😀
That kind of bread is called "bolillo" in Mexico. Very nice video, thank you!
Thank you for following me!
Ciao Massimo! I just made the biga, for tomorrow I'll make this bread that looks delicious. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Nessun passaggio in frigo
is it sourdough?
No it’s a preferment called biga.
How can we use the left starter next time.
Instead of all yeast when we do biga ?
Sorry can you please clarify? I don't get it
@@MIK2019 i ment the small amount of dough less than 100g you stored in a glass
Is it a replacment of dry yeast in the next time baking?
Did you cook this on a stone? You said “tin” in the video.
Hi Dino. you can use either a stone or a baking tin. the stone keeps the heat better than the tin though.
2 grams of yeast is not a teaspoon. its half a teaspoon

Massimo puoi tradurre il video in italiano?
Hai provato ad attivare i sottotitoli? Non ricordo se ci sono in italiano.
Ho provato ma niente
