Sun Island Resort Maldives - Italian Restaurant Snorkeling

Seeing coloured fishes, sharks, octopuses and sea turtles in just a few hundred meters makes the Italian Restaurant snorkeling spot pretty amazing. You just need to move along the end of the reef, just where the water becomes deeper.
Initially I thought Maldives should have way more color but I was a little disappointed. Maybe we just didn't go to the right place, but the diversity of the marine life makes you forget about the lack of color (we also had only 2 days of clear water).
Just so you know, around the Italian Restaurant is the only spot worth mentioning for snorkeling and free diving around Sun Island Resort Maldives.
