  • Do you ask the same question? Was it a coincidence or an intention? Is it possible that such a twisted guitar with a reverse headstock, inverted strings and other elements may sound different? Better? To reveal this Jimi Hendrix tone secret, I invited a guest, Longital guitarist Daniel Salontay.
    Recorded in September 2021.

Daniel Salontay is a Slovak guitarist, composer, sound painter and experimenter, a founding member of the band Longital, which already has over ten albums. He originally studied mathematics, then jazz in America, but abandoned it all to set out on his own journey in search of his inner music and his own expression. He is recognized for his impressive and precise electric guitar bow playing. It is worth mentioning his collaboration with singer Richard Müller, composer Jaro Filip, Michal Kaščák and the group Neuropa or his original group Dlé diely.
