one time when i was younger (i was probably 10) my dad and i planned a mother's day hike (she loves hiking) for my mom. i made lunch for everyone and my dad picked the location. then my dad forgot my mom's lunch! he got his and i put mine in my little backpack. but since my mom wasn't bringing a bag he didn't think to put her's in his bag. men ugh!!! i felt so bad and gave her as much of my lunch as she would let me. this year for mother's day (i am now 24 and am halfway across the country getting my phd), i am going home for a few days and got her a new set of pajamas and some bath stuff (she loves baths). i will make her one of her favorite meals too! i am so excited i actually have a break that lines up with mother's day to see her bc it has been a few years since that has happened! last year i got her a massage and paid my stepbrother (yes thankfully she got divorced from my dad lol) to go get her flowers haha

I love what you said about your boys being yours and that being the best thing ever. My children happen to be 43 and 38 and I still feel the same way about them. I have grandchildren and they are in a separate category but my children are so special to me. Give yourself 35 years and see if you feel the same, lol.

I have 4 kids. They are 19, 15, 10, and 8! I will forever love and want things with mom on it. My favorite name to be called is Mama. My kids got me a shirt and bracelets last year that said mama. I can’t imagine a day when I wouldn’t want something with mom on it.
