There is literally nothing wrong with a character being supportive. People need to be less narrow minded. I've literally seen someone react to his dmg with "Trash damage, irrelevant unit"..

Like Supports aren't a major stapple of a team.Ironically, those are later on the same people to cry online how they can't do any damage to teams with units like the Percival one LMAO Anyway, pretty hyped for 4KoA release! Haven't been able to pull Perci with the gems I had sadly due to only getting dead multis, but I hope I can still get one before the banner ends. Excited to see what kind of cool characters we get from 4KoA later down the line! Looking forward to units like Demon Tristan, Ironside, 4KoA versions of Meli/Arthur and many more!

I really like the way he is designed as he sort of acts as a supporting tank by giving the allies defensive buffs and gives them essentially a pseudo damage reduction 👍

What I want to see now is if he can be run as a pseudo fraudrin where if he’s level one he gives the sin team full 100% c dmg for dying immediatelyor if he can be ran in the back with a full team of Rs in the front who die immediately and then he comes in max stats.

@@Spatgoober no he has never been buffed and I am talking about second anniversary Purgatory Ban that buffs his own Hp and his teammates Hp and does a shit ton of damage as well. This was when he released and the whole period after he released till festival king.
i would also consider chad king a perfect unit as he had insane damage and protected and helped the team a ton (if you went first, of course)

Personally i think escanor is bad for 2 reasons. Firstly he's p2w in the same way queen liz where half their passive/kit is locked behind ult level. Secondly, unlike liz, this escanor has little to no staying power because he has almost no utility and is essentially just a dps unit. Dk meli cleases, stat lowers, stance cancels, ranks himself up. Queen liz stat lowers, revives, ult lowers, and stuns. Chaos arthur has taunt, cleanse, and buffs humans stats. Escanor being a dps and a "p2w" one at that makes him feel "bad" because he doesn't offer any worthwhile utility to the team especially because what support he does offer is dupe dependent and requires his death.
@reikurokaze3988 I can see where you're coming from but to be honest the reasoning falls flat
- even if escanor is p2w, he's an anniversary character people should've saved for him anyways
- units should be judged at their full potential tbh, and at his full strength escanor is debatably the best unit in pvp, and if you're running a semi competent team then the death buffs can easily win you the game

Right now, I have 90 diamonds, I haven't completed the festival banner rotation and I already got an Escanor 2/6. Should I end the rotation and may get him 3/6 or is better save diamonds for Percival?

I have the same thing, I think you should try to get Percy first because he compliments Escanor a lot, and it gives you more than two more copies will, and besides after getting him you can still summon for Escanor so I think he should be your first priority right now
