Looks great. Adding the extra length, oars and the cloth sail, really made it look so much better. Minimizing the different colors really helped a lot too. 👍😁👍
Looks great dubs! It’s an absolute monster and you must be very pleased with the result! And you know it’s huge when your background and desk isn’t big enough for the shot! I have the same problem sometimes when trying to film Star Wars UCS sets!
@@DownUnderBricks Haha, I can understand the conflict there! I’m out of display space and most of the giant UCS (Star Destroyer, AT-AT, SSD, MF) sets are all back in boxes and hiding in cupboards. I’ve only got the dining table for filming space, which doesn’t give me much width or depth! Very jealous of your Lego room!
Well done! I do prefer the varied shield colours, though; I'll be keeping that when I do my custom longship, as it's a bit more historically accurate... (*studiously ignores horned helmets*) ...but I love the oars and I'll definitely be doing something similar. I'm getting three sets for myself; hoping to be able to build an enlarged longship as well as an enlarged mead hall, probably with some additional pieces, maybe from my two Tree House sets.
Could you please do a tutorial? I’d love to replicate something similar. I had the original 2005 set when I was 5 years old and I just got the new 2022 version! If you cannot make a tutorial I understand

I had a much bigger set up but I needed the space for Lego lol.
