He talks about his debut cricket match for India against Australia, evaluating talent as the Chairman of the Selectors, the culture of a winning cricket team and who his best friends are from the cricketing fraternity.
In the interview Ajit talks about Virat Kohli’s fitness and how it has set a benchmark for future generations. He also touches about MS Dhoni’s leadership and how a feel for a match situation by a captain cannot be replaced by AI.

Oh wow, I dint know this before, about the data in games, how it helps in selection, how with the match data, team coaches evalutes performances and all, quite interesting to know, understanding how big amount of data teams evalute these days in matches, plan a whole match, and I agree with Ajit obviously you need a guy there on the field to execute the plan, because not everything is going to work according to the data sometimes, amazing video, amazing information, hatsss off, please do share more interviews like these

India won the t20 when the big names at that time stayed away from selection after indias dismal performances in World Cup. and india got talents which were free spirited at that time. Now the selection is almost impossible with stalwarts vying for places. So I believe it will be another t20 World Cup of disappointment for india
