A few questions. 1. When you log in are you still an administrator or have you been "demoted" to a standard user? 2. What has happened to Defender, can you scan with it or use it?
your user is still admin so the final payload works

this is probably one of the most brutal viruses, although it doesn't kill your computer or lock you out, it makes it impossible for you to type, use command prompt, get the password (unless you were told) and use your files.
Actually, it erases your bootloader, making it impossible to boot windows.

Orange group tech has a video about a year old where you can remove it with NO boot sector fix or windows pe. That could work on actual hardware
