I love that you put the time and care into your bags. They're an investment. The tags are genious!! I'm nervous about dust bag color transfer so I use plain white pillow cases but get tired of opening them to see what's in them. So glad you shared this video!! Thank you!

HAHA Wow, it's great to find someone else who is as anal about stuffing and storing bags as I am! Even down to making sure that the front of the bag faces the front of the dust bag and is centered! Hilarious! Love it.

GREAT video! I love the way you cover EVERYTHING!! Doing a video like this is one time that any OCD tendencies are actually extremely helpful. You might think you were being too detailed, but as another Dooney lover like you, I discovered that I had to really pack the stuffing into the corners and at the bottom to make sure my bags didn't develop a crease or whatever. I bet a lot of people would have never even thought of it. I told you this one time, and it still holds true, Dooney would be very wise to find a way to use your talents in promoting their bags - and paying you for it!! Great video! Tagging the dust bags is a wonderful idea and definitely saves time when looking for a bag to carry the next day. I would love to see a review on the marine Buckley. I've been on the fence about it b/c drawstrings have never worked for me in the past and I'm concerned the drawstring being on the inside would get in the way. +D&B Girl Thank you girlfriend! Tagging my bags has made thing so much easier. I'll try to get a review of the Marine sometime this week. I too thought the inside drawstring would get in the way but honestly, it doesn't, trust me :). In the video, I didn't have to all the way open and realized that when editing the video, so it looked a little tight. The bag is so large, that you have plenty of room inside even with the grommets inside that hold the string. Thanks so much for watching! xoxo...PTB :)

Thank you for tips on storage. I did not think about the sun tan lines from the handles. I will be more careful now with my Florentine satchels. Those are my favorite Dooney bags.

Love your collection and the way you care for it. I keep my bags in a dark cabinet and do not have to use dust bags because my bags are not squished together. I once stored a tan Ralph Lauren bag with the handles not tucked in for several months, and wherever the edge of the handle touched the bag I got a "tan line" -- even though the bag was not exposed to light. I put the bag in the window, rotating it frequently, for a few days, and this helped. I also rubbed in my conditioner a bit forcefully around the tan lines. Sometimes stuff happens. What do you do with a bag that has acquired some sagging or creasing despite your best efforts?

It lets me know that I'm not alone in how I take care of my bags. Yeah, hubby and my young men think I'm crazy when they see me cleaning, stuffing and putting my bags in their dust bags before I put them away. We have so much in common! I also do tags! Mine are manila moving tags, where I've taped pictures to them and attached them to the dust bag. I wish I would've thought of your way...it was cheaper. LOL The bag organizer from the Q(VC) is my favorite. Best investment I ever made. Thanks for sharing! I've missed you. xoxo

Seeing the DB website says you don’t have to use conditioner on the Florentine will it crack or get extremely dry if I don’t condition it?

Wonderful videos. I testified my bags after watching videos.I will order leather softener...thank u for your suggestions and brilliant videos. I'm a dooney fanatic and I own about a dozen bags now and promised not to buy anymore...I think I have too much. Do u own any altos? I store my bags on a bookshelf...top and bottom. I got it at a thrift store just for my babies.
+wel dear Awww, thank you so much! I love the leather conditioner. It gives my bags life without altering the color of the bag. I suggest not using it on Pebbled Leather, Alto or Montecito collections unless you absolutely need it. I'm not sure how the leather will react. If the bag needs it, maybe try a small spot on the bottom. A dozen? That's a nice sized collection and I bet its gorgeous. No, I don't own any Alto. I'm not a huge fan of that leather but they are gorgeous bags. I'm looking for ways to store mine as well and a bookshelf sounds great. i bet its nice and organized. I’ve seen some Dooneynista’s use plastic containers to store their bags but some have said being in places with no air and using plastic causes moisture. Have you had any of those issues?

Can't thank u enough. I am awaiting my leather cleaner from amazon...which should arrive by Feb 20. I also noticed that one of my bags, where the cross body straps are attached, it looks like it's dry rot. My apt is very hot in winter so it may be due to that, or maybe it needs conditioning.

ThePecanTannedBeauty I like u have always liked DB’s but as of lately I LOOOOVE them n have started building my collection. Pulled out my Med Logo Lock Satchel in cream. I wasn’t as attentive as u r but I had it in the dust bag with the tags/receipt/registration form but I didn’t stuff it. To my shock I purchased it 12 YEARS ago😲. DB is such great quality it still looks great as if I just purchased it. I saw your review of the Mindy in that gorgeous blue/ navy color I LOVE it but DB/ILD no longer have it☹️
