"I'm not here for a case, I thought you could use a friend" The more I watch this show the more i'm falling in love with everything about it. Not just Lucifer and Chloe but the entire story and characters too. Really like were getting to see more of who Lucifer is and his battle between darkness and light.
(Light being his new detective partner Chloe)

My heart is breaking in half when Lucifer say someone need to be punished or deserve the pain, because everytime he say that, he mean himself
tom ellis is perfect for the lucifer role. i can see him as the next james bond.

@@yesbuchanan2313 I like the optimism, but Lauren (Chloe) has stated its a "tissue consuming" ending, didn't flat out say but when asked if it was a satisfying ending she said "its a sweet ending, but not the ending most fans want" & most fans want them together happy ever after but that statement sounds ominous

It's actually the name Lucifer that means "light bringer" -- literally. Samael means "the poison of God", which is a reference to God's severity or punishment. I wish they hadn't messed this up.

Venus was also called by the Greeks Phōsphoros (Φωσϕόρος), meaning "light-bringer"
So Samael does indeed mean Light-bringer".

Of all the episodes to date (S1 - 5A), the one in S1 with father Frank was the most emotional, for me anyway. Father Frank knew Luci was the actual Devil, and yet, he came to Lucifer for help. When he died, the raw emotion from Lucifer was deeply heartfelt. Best episode.

stunningly beautiful video. so well done! I think this part - the trancendecial discussion within the story and the family aspect of the show is something that really draws me to it. At least to season 1 and 2. I think they will do a fantastic job with 3 and 4 now: finding an identity and integration into a new familiy, reframing situations - I simply love that 'Lucifer is so profound while being so light, cool and funny.

Love this! Calling it a Lucifer & Chloe vid is really sellling it short though. Although that is part of it, this more like "the story so far" -- a wonderful depiction of Lucifer's journey over the course of the season so far. It's also great to see a fanvid that uses a song from the show since the show has such a great soundtrack. And thank you for not overdoing it with color filters on the video since the cinematography on the show is really nice on its own.

Hated Frank's death
Why? I really liked him from the first moment. But after all that e told, his death seemed something like a catharsis. It was necessary.
NRX25 I liked him too why I was so pissed that he died in the same episode he was introduced. I only just realized he is Victor in Fear the walking dead. He's my fave character in that too & I didn't realize that both roles were the same actor lol
I loved the chemistry between Lucifer and Frank. I must admit I would have liked to see father Frank around a little longer but as NRX25 stated I believe Father Frank served his purpose in that moment for Lucifer. :-)
Just comforting, he lived and died always doing the right thing.

I could watch this over and over. The way Chloe looks at Lucifer, that's the look of love, she's knows that he is far from perfect but can see the good in him. She can see that he isn't who/what everyone has cast him as, he's just doing his job, and he's tired.

Just imagine samuel God's inheriter of light.God for the first time had a favorite even though he was suppose to love everyone equally.Lucifer, He could have been someone Phenomenal to us ,someone we can depend on but he rebelled because he thinks he does not have free will.
