So, this is awesome for me. I went to the doctor because I keep waking up with bad headaches. It's weird because it's always when I wake up and it'll be gone by noon. It stems from my neck and it really messes with my mornings. She suggested I try switching my pillow out and not sleeping with 2 pillows. Last night I slept with one pillow for what seems like the first time, and it was uncomfortable to say the least. Guess I'll have to buy this pillow😂
Oooo yeah a lot of my patients get morning pain and then it goes away whether it be back pain or neck pain. Most of the time it’s sleeping position!! 🫠

@@buildyourmoxie hi,sorry for the late reply.i had tried for a week,my mom and I love it!just a question here,i got a problem,when i fall asleep as back sleeping,but when i wake up will became side sleeping and my leg will numb and waist will ache.i knew side sleeping should put a pillow between knee and ankle.but the position was changed halfway of my sleep.any advise will be great!
That’s my kind of pillow coz I sleep on my left & back. Stacking pillows isn’t working either. Gonna get me one. No more tossing & turning soon!

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your honest opinion. I have been looking for a pillow for my husband and I think I might get him this pillow. And thank you for the pillow case suggestions. I to try purchase pillow cases that are best for skin and hair so I will try the ones you suggested. The one question do have is, what size pillow case did you use? Queen, king or jaut standard size? Wish the pillow company gave customera the opitona of the type of material you would like your pillow case.

I like falling asleep on my side but I always wake up in pain because I flip to my back in my sleep. Finally a pillow where I don't have to pick one or the other

Nah honestly. I didn’t not like this pillow at all. It wasn’t fluffy enough for my liking. It needed to be more full and more wide if that makes sense
