I just love how capable and positive you are, both as a person and a rider. Thank you for sharing all your adventures. I live in a not so horsey area on the west coast of Canada, and with my absence of much of a real life barn or eventing community it’s pretty fun to be able to watch your lessons and vlogs and stay motivated!

This was so interesting and super well done in how quickly you managed to adapt because it does sound like a pretty drastic change. Also awesome that Nicola clearly believes you can go further up through the levels and just need to start preparing. Somewhere in the middle of Donut's xc schooling I remember that he really has not been doing this for a long time - you two are incredible together. Maggie is just wow anyway. And Nicolas dog made me chuckle. I honestly throught there was a dead fox in the field for moment. (Watching with breakfast to give an excuse for my slow brain ;)).
Ah thank you! They were big changes and it will take me time to fully adapt and change my muscle memory so it won't be perfect for a while but I know what I am striving for! Yes, it is so easy to forget that Donut is so green but I try to make sure that we are still giving him the right education and not leaving any gaps! Thanks so much for watching 💛

Another great vlog. It's so interesting to see how you adapt different riding styles for Donut & Maggie. Was fascinating to see their positive response by your tweaking your riding to suit their individual needs, even by gently placing your whip on Maggie's shoulder. Maggie is so talented & Donut has progressed so much. They both look fantastic. A shout out to your Mum. Nicola's yard & facilities are breathtaking. This training program is such a wonderful opportunity. Safe travels 🤗

Well done!! Both did very well and especially saw a difference w/your keeping contact w/Maggie to the jump - she was happy and flying. Donut is so game and is figuring out his body - a lot of raw talent in your hands - you're doing a great job w/him!
Thank you! I could really feel the difference in Maggie too so it is now just to train my muscle memory so I don't drop her. Donut is fab isn't he, it isn't always perfect but he is so willing and seems to be getting more and more scope as we build his muscles up! 💜

Thank you, it was a big change wasn't it! Haha, I think I've got a lot of learning to do but all of this training is definitely helping when I am coaching others now too 😁
