Rod El Farag Bridge - PTI Award 2021 "Award of Excellence- Bridges Category"

“Rod El-Farag” cable-stayed Bridge - located in Cairo, Egypt over the Nile River- was yesterday given (Award of Excellence- Bridges Category) from the “Post-Tensioning Institute- PTI”.
The Award was announced during the opening of the PTI E-Conference, which is held from April (19-23), 2021 in USA.
Judges of the Award commented that REF cable-stayed Bridge is a perfect demonstration of Post-tension concrete material and techniques, capability, and good application of PTI Recommendations.
The REF Cable-stayed bridge was completely constructed using OVM Stay Cable System back in 2019.
