If your neck back and wrists are strong or used to stress then r15 is good otherwise its worse. Rs200 is very comfortable but bajaj's bikes are raw and muscular. Build quality of rs200 is better(its an OG). R15 is delicate and made of fiber. Rs200's body is reliable and durable. R15 is just refined.
Ofcourse it's not that justified , 2 lakhs and 10 thousands for 18 bhp , and all that discomfort, build quality is not that good, it's only refined, and see RS it is still justifies it's price
