Lotus Biscoff Banana Pudding

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of lotus biscoff cookies (Approximately 4 packs)
- 1/2 a jar of lotus biscoff spread (melted)
- 4 large bananas
- 600ml of thicken cream
- 1 cup Caramel sauce
- Custard
Custard ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups of Full cream milk
-1/2 cup of castor sugar
- 1/4 corn starch
- 1/2 cup lotus spread
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla paste
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp of butter

Veey nice joey, lotus is so out of stock on Melbourne, when I emailed Coles, they said due to corona shipment is delayed , I usually make lotus cake , that's my fav dish
