Hello, we're in the Jilberto server and are the top raiding faction in the server, so we tend to have soft maxed out gear, what you see in these videos are mostly a demonstration of what the characters can do, but not something that can be replicated by regular players, for hRR you should be able to use armonia or valeron sets, with 5e weapons, you should be able to dps these raids, however, you will need someone to tank for you, as deluca will not be able to tank these daily raids while also dpsing, regardless of what armor you're using.
