Ingredients
Raw Rice-1 cup
Jaggery-1 cup(melt with 1/2 cup water)
Coconut-3/4 cup
Cooked rice-3 tablespoon
Salt-1/4 tspn
Yeast-1/4 tspn
Sugar-3/4 tspn
Warm Water-1/4 cup
Normal water-as needed
Vattayappam batter should be of dosa batter consisitency.
