It is interesting to think about how much of our behavior is cultural. LG

As I am just getting back from a trip abroad to Europe, I noticed obvious differences in the many aspects of the cultures. One thing I picked up on, specifically in Paris was that no one smiled. It was out of the ordinary to even make eye contact with people on the street and on the metros. Emotional expressions are not universal and after hearing and learning about it further in this video I fully know it to be true. Super helpful video, thanks! MM

I've never thought about the fact that different cultures might have different facial expressions for certain emotions. I think it is very interesting that someone might misinterpret a facial expression because of cultural differences. I wonder how important it is to be mindful of your facial expression when traveling to other parts of the world with very different cultures. MB

I stress about everything, all day long. Do you think that it is just as bad to stress all the time even if it's good stress, as it is to have bad stress? If I am always stressed about things, it is like a no end in sight like you describe as bad stress.
