Kutama-Sinthumule Correctional Centre misses November deadline for refurbishment following fire

It's not yet clear when the Kutama-Sinthumule Correctional Centre in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo will be ready to re-admit inmates.
Some sections of the correctional facility were gutted by a devastating fire following a revolt by inmates on 7th of August 2023.
National Commissioner of Correctional Services Makgothi Thobakgale visited the facility on Monday to inspect the progress or the refurbishing process.
