Good question… let’s put it in this way they have a scope of improvement ( I’ve been to this Salt Lake Branch hence I’m commenting based on our experience out there)… I don’t think you will find a huge fan following of pancakes in Kolkata hence although they have a wide range of pancakes but getting the desired sales figure on board can be a bit challenging… most of the time when we pass in front of their cafe …we find the hookah lounge to be full but the main cafe section to be empty… now to answer the question if their franchise will be profitable… to be honest it’s difficult to answer that coz based on footfall things don’t look that great but then there are online orders thru Swiggy zomato… I hope I have been able to answer your queries with my limited knowledge about food ventures… BTW thanks for commenting… really loved interacting with you 🙂
