Rob has been working on his public speaking and interviews these past couple of years. He's getting so much better than he was. Watch him continue to improve, and when he retires, get a seat at the desk.. Well done, mate. ❤🎉
my favorite thing about MVP is he seems like he carries himself well outside of the cage. alot of fighters who are showboat-y and cocky in the ring tend to carry that attitude out side of the cage and come off as brash and arrogant but he seems so well spoken and polite. i always loved his fighting style but the interviews have made me a big fan of MVP
At first, I was like “WOW! Robbie’s really falling into this Interviewer role.” Then the close up angle view got me real good. Didn’t expect that. I didn’t know they were over. Fascinating
MVP has so much hype behind him. To come in and be so likeable and well thought out with his answers. Win or Lose imo this guy is gunna be (might already be) a fan fave.
MVP vs Mike Perry was a great fight. Would be good to see MVP vs Austin Trout in BKFC. Would be a bit of a snooze fest cause they both love to counter but I can imagine tension being high if one cathes the other
Love this fight, love both fighters performances. Kevin is big for 170 and I have a feeling he is gonna be the harder hitter but MVP is slick and I think the fight can go either way. I just hope it goes at least 2 rounds just to see some good action.
So with the UFC, do the fighters get their entire camp kind of paid for them by the company? So the purse they get is kind of factoring those costs in already? Just wondering because obviously boxing doesn’t work this way, they have to pay everyone during and after the fight.
NOt Going to Lie But I wouldn't watch a single clip of this show if Rob wasn't on it, he makes the show whenever he is on it, don't get me wrong Volk is cool whenever he is on too BUT for me Its all about Bobby Knuckles!!
@@infiad1275 Ngannou came in there TOO Confident and Joshua was LEVELS above. But that's why you fight to see what happens. I'm not sure why Ngannou thought he could just walk through Joshua's punches smh
@@Diadan-Kai maybe, but mvp speaking as if jdm officially lost saying "he'll bounce back", if I was the interviewer I would've said "no need for him to bounce back he won the fight, didn't you know that?"
@@Diadan-Kainah Kevin wasn't landing much and jack landed clean shots, jdm easily won but it did feel like a glorified sparring match, they were even chatting mid fight 😂
MVP has a decent chance of beating Kevin Holland but gets mauled by top 10 guys like Geoff Neal, Sean Brady, JDM, Belel and Shavkat let alone be a champion. People forget that MVP is a hypejob can crusher beating bums but struggles to beat good guys or win a major belt
He's there to entertain and give us some highlight knockouts, similar to what Chandler has done at LW. Realistically, at 36, he's not gonna win the belt, but who cares
Kevin Holland is ranked #13 in his division, so he is a reputable fighter. I'd reckon they wanted to give MVP a fighter who they think would strike with him to put on a show. If he beats Holland, he'd be ranked and probably gets to fighter Stephen Wonderboy Thompson. After that, probably someone top 5 then a title shot. Aljamain Sterling was literally the UFC bantamweight champion with the most title defensive in his division, and they're starting him off with Calvin Kattar in featherweight, who was #8 when they announced the fight, IIRC. Many people thought Aljo deserved to fight Max Holloway or at least a top 5 fighter considering he's a long reining former champ who only lost to the current champ since becoming champion. They also denied him a title rematch vs Sean O'Malley. So the UFC isn't always fair that way. 🤷♂️

This is much better than most MMA journalists 🎉
Rob asking MVP about Bare Knuckle was hilarious
Mvp thought jdm was chiesa😂
I was confused for a minute when he was talking about the darce chock.😂
wow going from brett okamoto to this is like going from donkey to unicorn, rob and niko know how to do an interview

Get Rob on that ESPN desk..Dude is so good man !!!
Rob seems like the nicest guy but at the same time he is dangereous asf.
My 2 favorite fighters, the Reaper and MVP, on 1 screen I had to take a picture when they were side by side. I love it!
I thought Robs goatee had gotten longer, just realised it’s a shadow 😂
thought he was going for the billy goat 😂
MVP definitely should have won that bare knuckle fight, the last round never should have happened
MFP won that fight. Sorry bro.
It did and he lost

He's great for the business. What an exciting style he has, totally outclassed Holland who's a tough opponent.
MVP is such a great fighter and soul! Good luck Michael!

Looking fwd to his fight with kev holland. Two great great fighters
LOVE the authentic style of these Aussie interviewers. MVP didnt know who JDM was haha

He's done nothing in boxing. Could have made a fortune fighting Liam Smith or Eubanks jnr. But hes not good enough to win even British title.
Yeah. Flucus Gaybe thinks Whitaker has no chance against Page. I think that's ridiculous. 😂
