Anyway, people don't like to put their lives on the line and if there's a risk of the victim killing them almost instantly, they'll usually leave them alone.

Ricsi Babos If the voltage source has a very high internal resistance, like a glass rod rubbing on a silk handkerchief then the current flow of ‘1 million’ would be very low and you would only feel a tiny sting, also no taser has a 1 mil output, only tasers such as that exist in your imagination. A 1 mil volt power line would be more realistic.

Half these gadgets are ineffective (stun gun cellphone cases, claws, etc.) , and the other half rely on you to be calm/accurate in an extremely high stress situation, something even some trained soldiers are incapable of. If you’re determined to be a one-person army, your best choice is still a gun. Sure you probably still won’t hit him, but the big BANG will send any person with a shred of sanity running.
Just seeing that the person has the ability to end you six ways to Sunday is sometimes enough.

It's a punch dagger. Krambits are a solid construction curved blade with a loop at the pummel.
The knife in the thumbnail is the CRKT Provoke (designed by Joe Casswell). Its a new type of folding Karambit where you dont have to worry about folding the blade back over your fingers accidentally.. You can find it on CRKT's website for about $200
