Hello, i hope you guy can help me? I ordered my second opus quad, because the first one had an „broken Jog wheel“. Yesterday the second one arrived and the right jog wheel feels exactly the same. The left one spins like a pro but the right jog wheel is very hard to spin around. The jog feel is on both decks on the same place. Pls send help!

@@nadinevolkl2913 hey this seems to be like a hardware problem.. I guess the only thing you can do is send it back again or maybe the right jogweel will get more loose over time. Maybe you can do some spinbacks a day and try to loosen it that way? Or just lower the jog feel so that it feels the same at least
