forget about startups a bank run can easily start with a scare and we have enogh morons to do that today - the only way to save any bank run is not to lend any money and keep the savings into cash and do not lend money to any one nor give any kind of interest to any one
If regional/smaller banks lose money as people move to GSIBs (Global Systemic Important Bank) because the larger banks insure 100% deposits, and we end up with 4 of 5 SIBs could their terms of service could include digital Banking?
Whether it is Regional bank or Global bank or state financial institution all deposits are insured to some percentage not 100%,FDIC is an insurance for iur deposit to cover up to a specific amount not 100%.Banking system financial tools all is run on assurance and depend on future economic activities, now developed countries are saturated.

In India, bank insurance is per person 5L accross all bank accounts or 5L per account?
across every bank acct , but why do u need many bank accounts for one person ( unless the instrument is different like fixed deposit , term deposit , savings acct and current acct
