What's the ratio of the ingredients to calculate profit
Ok 1 jug can give you 8 to 10 calabashes depending on how you fill the calabash ,then multiply with Kshs 50..to ratio the ingredients mostly depends on the size of the casssavas,potatoes n ndumas,but if you check on the video,l explained that well, kindly re watch if you will be able to understand..
Here and how do you store it for it to stay hot?
thank you for watching hope you have subscribed at all.this recipe of UJI PWER if you keep it for long it goes bad. since its an easy recipe to do ,kindly dont make reserves go by the order or demand. otherwise you can keep it warm by re boling it using the blender which cld otherwise be expensive in terms of electricty

You do it good but can't make it faster when in the business koz your consuming alot of time.... You should know the ratio of everything...... Like me I used like 10 mins everything is blended
