To think St Theresa Of The Child Jesus is a Doctor of the Roman Catholic Church but did not have a great devotion to the BVM or the Rosary is more mind boggling. Her love of Jesus was so strong everything else was secondary.

Russell Montminy Hello! I just wanted to say that St.Therese was indeed devoted to The Blessed Mother. St. Therese was a Carmelite nun. The Carmelite order is a Marian order whose formal name is : Brothers of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. St. Therese wrote a poems. There is one entitled: Why I Love You Mary. She did pray the rosary and, complained that she loved The Virgin Mary but, prayed the rosary badly. If you want to know more about her, read her autobiography. Story of A Soul. God bless you!

St. Thérèse was cured by the help of The Virgin when she was a kid! The statue of The Virgin smiles at her to let her know that she had part in praying for her to be cured. How could she bare not devote herself to The Virgin’s care? And she did! She did consecrated herself to The Virgin! And she wrote about how whenever she prayed the Rosary (given by The Virgin). She’s sleep midway lol. And who could blame her? Don’t all children sleep easy in the bosom of their mothers?

My Son was sent to save humanity from the fires of Hell. His Death on the Cross, a terrible cruel atrocity, was permitted by Me as a means to offer My children a future.
My Son’s Body became His Church on earth. His priests and sacred servants took the place of His apostles.

Why do they never say Sts. Mr. and Mrs. Martin's names? or did I miss it? I love St. Therese and as a child I thought of her as the big sister I never had.

I understand that Mr. Martin quit his job in order to work for his more successful wife--quite frankly, I don't know that such a man is worthy of canonization.🇺🇸

Can your saints regrow a severed arm . In nature it happens with octopus and salamander l believe, their limbs regrow without a scar. So why not with us humans who are in his image. Adam side was opened and his rib removed,no scars then.
